入世以后，中国农业会面临着前所未有的发展机遇，同时，迎来了全球经济一体化的挑战。其中，农业产业化和农业标准化是各方比较关注的焦点。本文从标准化的概念入手，将其运用于农业领域，定义了农业标准化的概念，并简要地介绍了我国农业标准化的发展情况，在此基础上提出以标准化为基础的农业产业化。文章结合了大量的实例阐述了南汇区农业标准化建设的现状以及当前所面临的机遇和挑战，简要剖析了南汇区实施农业标准化对促进农业和农村经济发展的作用和南汇区农业标准化实施过程中存在的问题，最后提出了加强南汇区农业标准化工作的思路和建议，主要有如何增强标准意思，面向国内外两个市场；如何进行农民培训，提高创新素质；如何引进新机制，增强科技含量；如何树立品牌战略，加强标准化实施的监督力度。

Abstract

After china’s entry into the WTO, Chinese agriculture in faces unprecedented development opportunities while at the same meet with great challenges brought about by the economic globalization. Agricultural industrialization and standardization are the focus in this process. This paper applies the concept of standardization to agriculture, defined the concept of agricultural standardization and briefly introduced the development of agricultural development in china and put forward agricultural industrialization based on this concept. This paper elaborated the present situation of agricultural standardization and the challenges and opportunities in Nanhui country with a lot of examples, briefly accounted the functions for the agriculture and rural economic development by implementing the strategy of agricultural standardization and the main problems emerged in this process. Finally, this paper proposed new development strategy and suggestions to strengthen the work of agricultural standardization, mainly included the following aspects: how to strengthen the awareness of standardization to face the domestic and international markets; how to train the peasants to improve their innovative spirit, how to introduce new mechanism to increase scientific and technological content, how to introduce new mechanism to increase scientific and technological content, how to develop the brand strategy to strengthen the supervision of standardization.
