Abstact：In this paper the author expoanded the function relation between the regulation by market forces and regulation by government forces in two aspects:market shortcoming and the necessarian of government intervention;government shortcoming and intervention of market forces.Compared the function of these two regulations then drew a conclusion that the modern markek-oriented economy must be the corporation of market and government by some means helping each other the advantages and disadvantages.Acording to the Chinese societal reality enlightened the corresponding corporation form between market and government of Chinese modern market-oriented economy.
